Miss Universe President Raúl Rocha and CEO Anne Jakkaphong welcomed contestants at the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel with a National Flag ceremony and mariachi music. Contestants then proceeded to Expo Reforma for registration and wardrobe fittings.
